الجودة كركيزة أساسية لسياسة شركة "كيتشن هاوس" (Kitchenhaus)
بدءاً من استلام المواد ومروراً بمراحل الإنتاج ووصولاً إلى التسليم، طبّقت شركة “نوبيليا” (nobilia) نظاماً متطوراً للرقابة على كافة مراحل العمليات، وذلك لضمان الجودة العالية لكل مطبخ على حدة. وإلى جانب محطات الاختبار المخصصة، تخضع ما يصل إلى 21 وحدة مطبخ متكاملة ومجهزة بالكامل لعمليات تدقيق شاملة للجودة بشكل يومي.
لقد شكلت معايير الجودة وحماية البيئة وكفاءة الطاقة ركائز أساسية في فلسفة شركتنا منذ بداياتنا؛ إذ يفي كل مطبخ من مطابخ “نوبيليا” بالمعايير الدولية الصارمة المتعلقة بالجودة والبيئة والطاقة.
استراتيجية انعدام العيوب
لا تُدرج في المجموعة الجديدة إلا قطع الأثاث التي تجتاز اختبارات الجودة في مختبر اختبارات “نوبيليا” (nobilia)؛ ولذا، يُعد مختبر اختبارات إدارة الجودة (QM) ركيزةً أساسية في استراتيجية “نوبيليا” الرامية إلى تحقيق “صفر عيوب”.
ضمان الجودة وصولاً إلى أدق التفاصيل
تُعدّ عمليات التدقيق الدورية للمنتجات، وعمليات تدقيق المنحدرات (للتحقق من عملية التفريغ)، وعمليات تدقيق المرتجعات، عناصر أساسية في ضمان الجودة المستمر لدينا. كما تضمن حلقات الجودة ودورات تدريب العملاء، بالإضافة إلى ورش العمل لشركاء التجارة وشركات التجميع المتعاونة، أعلى مستويات الجودة لمنتجات نوبيليا.
اختبار إجهاد للأثاث
في مختبرنا الداخلي لاختبار إدارة الجودة، تخضع قطع الأثاث والمكونات والمواد لإجراءات اختبار مكثفة للتحقق من ملاءمتها للاستخدام اليومي؛ كما يتم اختبار جميع المواد المستخدمة لضمان عمر افتراضي لا يقل عن 15 عاماً.
